		<description>It is a tough place to be that is for sure.  Though most individuals have a higher ethical plane than businesses.  The question is should they.  If one were to do a strategic default every aspect and alternative should be closely scrutinized prior to doing it.  The real estate market has peaks and valleys.  By the time the defaulter is able to get their credit restored and is able to purchase a different home the one they defaulted upon is likely to be worth every penny it once was.</description>
